Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4 (i) (b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu (N.M.B Bab 142), Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dangan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dangan ini mengisytiharkan kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 28hb Mac 2013] 499 diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Kota Setia mengikut Pemberitahuan No. 4281 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu pada 13 Julai 1923 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Rizab Melayu, itu.

PARTIAL REVOCATION OF THE KOTA SETIA MALAY RESERVATIONS

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4 (i) (b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment (F.M.S. Cap 142), the Menteri Besar Perak Darul

Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Kota Setia Malay

Reservation vide Notification No. 4281 published in the Federated Malay State

Government Gazette on 13 July 1923 shall cease to be part of the a Malay

Reserve.

Jadual

The land of 27.79 hectares (68.87 acres) in the Mukim of Kota Setia District of Perak Tengah outlined in grey on P.W 2016 deposited in the Office Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
