Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 25hb April 2013] 719 tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Taman Sitiawan Maju II, Mukim Sitiawan, Daerah Manjung yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Sistem dan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Sitiawan Maju II, Mukim of Sitiawan, District of

Manjung described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Sewerage System and Services and has designated that the Federal Lands

Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Sewerage Services Department.
