Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 25hb April 2013] 723 tanah yang terletak di Wilayah RPA 4 & 5, Mukim Sayung, Daerah Kuala Kangsar yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Sekolah Agama Rakyat Umul Khairiah RPA 4 dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah RPA 4 & 5, Mukim of Sayung, District of Kuala

Kangsar described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Umul Khiriah RPA 4 Public Religious School and has designated that the

State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Council of Religion and Perak

Malay Custom.

District—Kuala Kangsar. Mukim—Sayung. Plan No.—P.A. 117323. Lot

No.—31423. Area—1,000 square metres.
