In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Pekan Pangkor, Pekan Pangkor, District of Manjung described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Tourist

Information Center and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Manjung Municipal Council.

revocation of Reservation

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1001 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 20 Jun 2013, notis telah diberi mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai rizab ‘Coolie Lines’ yang diselenggarakan oleh Timbalan Jurutera Negeri;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka, oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan di bawah subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas, by Notification No. 1001 published in the Perak Government

Gazette dated 20 June 2013, notice was given on the intention to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land described in the Schedule for the purpose of a site for Coolie Lines shall be maintained by the Deputy State Engineer;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now therefore, in exercising of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code 1965 [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.
