In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Tawas Permai, Mukim of Hulu Kinta, District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Multi-Purpose Hall and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Ipoh City Council.

PEMBATALAN PERIZABAN TANAH

[Subsection 64(1)]

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 565 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 16 Februari 2017, notis telah diberi mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak untuk pasar di Jalan Ashby;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka, oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tersebut seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas by Notification No. 565 published in the Perak Government Gazette on 16 Februari 2017, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for market at Ashby Road;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.
