In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Kampung Tersusun Kledang Utama described in the

Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Al-Islah Public Religious

School new building and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Kuala Kangsar District Officer.

Bahawasanya melalui Pemberitahuan No. 500 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 25 Februari 2015, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai rizab bagi maksud awam iaitu sebagai suatu tapak untuk rizab Jabatan

Kerja Raya;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam

Jadual.

Whereas by Notification No. 500 published in the State of Perak Government

Gazette on 25 February 2015, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule to wite, a site for reserved for the public purpose, namely as a site for Public Works Department;

And whereas no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.

Area—1 acre 2 roods 10.4 poles.
