Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Seksyen 11 dan 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 [Enakmen Bil. 3 tahun 1985], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Hutan Simpan Bubu yang diisytiharkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 547 bertarikh 1 Februari 1921 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Hutan Simpan Kekal itu.

NATIONAL FORESTRY ACT 1984 (ADOPTION) ENACTMENT 1985

EXCISION OF PART OF LAND FROM THE BUBU

FOREST RESERVE

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 11 and 13 of the National

Foresty Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Foresty Act 1984

(Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Enactment No. 3 of 1985], the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the

Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Bubu Forest Reserve published vide Federated Malay

States Government Gazette No. 547 dated 1 February 1921 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.
