In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Mukim of Hulu Bernam Timur and Mukim of Slim, District of

Batang Padang described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for an open space and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Tanjong Malim District Council.
