Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Sungai Akar, Pekan Batu Kurau, Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Pejabat Pertanian Batu Kurau dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Pejabat Pertanian Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama.

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Sungai Akar, Pekan of Batu Kurau, District of Larut, Matang and Selama described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, as a site for Batu Kurau Agriculture Office and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Larut, Matang and Selama Agriculture Office.
