Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Kampung Teratai, Mukim Asam Kumbang, Daerah Larut dan Matang yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Perkuburan Kaum Baha’i dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Kampung Teratai, Mukim of Asam Kumbang, District of

Larut dan Matang described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Burial Ground for Baha’i communities and has designated that the

State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Land Administrator, District of Larut,

Matang and Selama.
