Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Mukim Grik, Daerah Hulu Perak yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Rizab Tangki Najis dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Perkhidmatan dan Pembetungan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Mukim of Gerik, District of Hulu Perak described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Septic Tank Reserved and has designated that Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Sewerage and Services

Department.
