Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Tronoh Mines, Mukim Kampar, Daerah Kampar yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk kuil dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh pertubuhan, orang-orang yang dilantik oleh Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Tronoh Mines, Mukim of Kampar District of Kampar described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for temple and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by organization, person or persons appointed by the State Secretary of Perak.
