Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Gunung Layang-Layang, Batu 7 1/2, Jalan Tanjung Rambutan, Mukim Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak kuil Hindu dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh orang atau orang-orang yang dilantik dari semasa ke semasa oleh Pegawai Daerah Kinta. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Gunung Layang-Layang, Batu 7 1/2, Jalan Tanjung Rambutan, Mukim of Hulu Kinta, District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Hindu temple and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the person or persons appointed from time to time by the Kinta District Officer.
