- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di dalam Mukim Labu Kubong, Daerah Hilir Perak yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk Rumah Penolong Penghulu Labu Kubong dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Hilir Perak.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Mukim of Labu Kubong, District of Hilir Perak described in the WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 526 [11hb April 2019 Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for the Labu Kubong Headman Assistant House and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Hilir Perak District Officer.
