Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Taman Pelangi, Mukim Sungai Terap, Daerah Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk Kolam Air Batu Gajah dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Lembaga Air Perak.

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Pelangi, Mukim of Sungai Terap, District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Batu Gajah Water Pond and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Perak Water Board.
