In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Desa Chemor Impian, Mukim of Hulu Kinta,

District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a public purpose, to wit, site for a playground and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Ipoh City Council.

Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk dewan serbaguna dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri

Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh.
