Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 580 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 2 Mac 2017, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak untuk padang permainan awam;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka, oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam
