Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan yang boleh didapati daripada mana-mana berikut:

(i)

Pejabat RISDA Negeri Pejabat RISDA Negeri Perlis, 64-G, Jalan Raja Syed

Alwi, 01990 Kangar, Perlis.

(ii)

Pejabat RISDA Stesen Pejabat RISDA Stesen Kangar, 64-H, Jalan Raja Syed

Alwi, 01990 Kangar, Perlis.

(iii)

Kakitangan Luar Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah

(RISDA).

(iv)

Laman Web RISDA dan Portal myGovernment melalui internet.

Permohonan yang tidak dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu akan dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

I, Mohd Radzuan bin Mohd Diah, A.M.P., P.P.N., State RISDA Director of the State of Perlis in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 8 of the Rubber

Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, hereby give notice that the “Register of Applications for Grants for the Replanting of

Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2008 shall be opened on the 1st day of January 2008 and shall be closed on the 31st December 2008.

Seksyen 2

Application should be made on the prescribed application forms obtainable from any of the following:

(i)

State RISDA Office at Pejabat RISDA Negeri Perlis, 64-G, Jalan Raja Syed

Alwi, 01990 Kangar, Perlis.

(ii)

Station RISDA Office at Pejabat RISDA Stesen Kangar, 64-H, Jalan Raja

Syed Alwi, 01990 Kangar, Perlis.

(iii)

Field Staff of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority

(RISDA).

(iv)

RISDA Website and Portal myGovernment through the internet.

Seksyen 3

Any Application which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the period prescribed above or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under pragraph 7 of the Scheme may be considered as an inadmissible application.
