[Act 56/1965] conferred upon the State Authority and delegated to the Menteri

Besar of Selangor by the Ruler in Council vide Sel. P.U. 17 dated 7 June 1984, the Menteri Besar of Selangor proclaims that the parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Revenue Survey Plan No. P.A. 98106, P.A.

98107, P.A. 98108 and P.A. 98110 deposited in the office of the Director of

Survey of Selangor, is reserved for a public purpose, to wit, a site for open space to be controlled by the State Secretary of Selangor.
