Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/65] yang diberikan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dan yang diwakilkan kepada Dato’ Menteri Besar Selangor oleh Raja dalam Mesyuarat menurut Sel. PU. 17 bertarikh 7 Jun 1984, Dato’ Menteri Besar dengan ini mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan garisan dalam pelan No. PA 90984 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur Selangor adalah dirizabkan bagi tujuan awam iaitu tapak Sekolah Agama yang dikawal oleh Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri Selangor.

In exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code 1965 [Act 56/65] conferred upon the State Authority and delegated to the

Dato’ Menteri Besar by the Ruler in Council vide Sel. PU. No. 17 dated 7 June 1984, the Dato’ Menteri Besar hereby proclaims that the parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Revenue Survey Plan No. PA. 90984

deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Selangor, is reserved for a public purpose, to wit, the site of a Sekolah Agama to be controlled by the

Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri Selangor.
