Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56/1965], yang diberikan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dan diwakilkan kepada Menteri Besar Selangor oleh Raja dalam Mesyuarat melalui Sel. P.U. bertarikh 7 Jun 1984, Menteri Besar Selangor mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan garisan dalam Pelan Akui WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI SELANGOR [24hb Nov. 2011 3786 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Selangor adalah dirizabkan bagi maksud awam iaitu untuk tujuan balairaya dan dikawal oleh Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Selangor dan diselenggara oleh Majlis Daerah Sabak Bernam.

In exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code 1965 [Act 56/1965], conferred upon the State Authority and delegated to the Menteri Besar of Selangor by the Ruler in Council vide Sel. P.U. 17 dated 7 June 1984, the Menteri Besar of Selangor proclaims that the parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Certified Plan deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Selangor, is reserved for public purpose to wit, a site for public hall and controlled by the State Secretary of Selangor and to be maintained by the Sabak Bernam District Council.
