- Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56/1965], yang diberikan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dan diwakilkan kepada Menteri Besar Selangor oleh Raja dalam Mesyuarat melalui WARTA KERAJAAN negeri selangor 568 [18hb Mac 2010 Sel. P.U. 17 bertarikh 7 Jun 1984, Menteri Besar Selangor mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan garisan dalam Pelan Akui yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Selangor adalah dirizabkan bagi maksud awam iaitu untuk tujuan masjid dan dikawal oleh Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code 1965 [Act 56/1965], conferred upon the State Authority and delegated to the Menteri Besar of Selangor by the Ruler in Council vide Sel. P.U. 17 dated 7 June 1984, the Menteri Besar of Selangor proclaims that the parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Certified Plan deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Selangor, is reserved for public purpose to wit, a site for mosque and controlled by the Director of Department of Islamic Religion of Selangor. jadual/schedule Daerah/District—Klang.
