Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], yang diberikan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dan yang diwakilkan kepada Menteri Besar Selangor melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam Sel. P.U. 17/1984 pada 7 Jun 1984, Menteri Besar Selangor telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan garisan dalam Pelan Akui yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Selangor bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk tujuan kolam takungan banjir dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Selangor hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Selangor.

Pemberitahuan Warta No. 1719 yang disiarkan pada 11 Mei 2017 dibatalkan.

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], conferred upon the State Authority and delegated to the Menteri Besar of Selangor by Notification published in Sel. P.U. 17/1984 on 7 June 1984, the Menteri Besar of Selangor has reserved the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Certified Plan deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Selangor, for public purpose, to wit, a site for water retention pond and has designated that the State Secretary of Selangor shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Selangor.

Gazette Notification No. 1719 published on 11 May 2017 is revoked.
