- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh Seksyen 62 Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bagi Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman dengan ini memberitahu iaitu sekeping tanah seluas 3,235 meter persegi, Bil. Lot 4278 di Kampung Bukit Cendering, Mukim Rusila, Daerah Marang dan dipetakan di atas pelan Simpan Bilangan 11–053107, Bil. Syit 50–D–II yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Terengganu menjadi satu rizab bagi maksud am kerana tapak Kolam Air yang akan dijagai oleh Pengarah Bekalan Air Negeri, Terengganu atau pegawai-pegawai yang akan mengganti memegang jawatannya berkuatkuasa mulai 21 November 2001. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 62 of the National Land Code, the State Authority of the State of Terengganu Darul Iman hereby notifies that parcel of land comprising 3,235 square metres being Lot No. 4278 situated at Kampung Bukit Cendering, Mukim Rusila, District of Marang delineated in the deposited plan No. 11–053107, Sheet No. 50–D–11 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Terengganu to reserve for a public purpose, to wit a site for Reservoir to be maintained by the State Director of Water Works Department, Terengganu or his successor in office with effect from 21 November 2001.
