- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh Seksyen 62 Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman dengan ini memberitahu bahawa sekeping tanah seluas 529 meter persegi, Bil. Lot 3310 yang terletak di Kampung Bukit Bunga, Mukim Kuala Besut dalam Daerah Besut dan dipetakan di atas pelan Akuan Bil. PA 76846, Bil. Syit 1–D yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Terengganu dijadikan satu rizab bagi suatu maksud awam iaitu tapak bagi Tadika KEMAS yang akan dijagai oleh Pegawai Daerah Besut atau pegawai-pegawai yang akan mengganti memegang jawatannya.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 62 of the National Land Code, the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman hereby notifies that parcel of land comprising 529 square metres being Lot No. 3310 situated at Kampung Bukit Bunga, Mukim Kuala Besut in the District of Besut delineated in the certified plan No. CP 76846, Sheet No. 1–D deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Terengganu is reserved for a public purpose, to wit a site for the KEMAS Kindergarden to be maintained by the District Officer of Besut or his successors in office.
