Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk Bangunan Pejabat Perkhidmatan Veterinar Daerah Port Dickson dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Veterinar Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for a Port Dickson Veterinar Services Office and designates that the Director Department of Veterinary Services of Negeri

Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
