Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk kolam takungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.
