Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara (Disemak-2020) [Akta 828], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 2,371 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 126968, Mukim Penor, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 292370, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Kemudahan Awam (Tapak Jaja), di Kuantan Puteri, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code (Revised-2020) [Act 828], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 2,371 square metres, known as Lot 126968, Mukim of Penor, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 292370, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for Public Facilities (Hawker Centre), at Kuantan Puteri, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Kuantan Municipal Council.
