Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara (Disemak-2020) [Akta 828], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 444 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 121108, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 135850, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Kawasan Lapang, di Perumahan Mahkota Height Indera Mahkota (Lorong IM 11/3), di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code (Revised-2020) [Act 828], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 444 square metres, known as Lot 121108, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 135850, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for an Open Area, at Perumahan Mahkota Height Indera Mahkota (Lorong IM 11/3), to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Kuantan Municipal Council.
