  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Raja dalam mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditanda dalam Pelan Akui No. P.A. 05-023166 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi sebahagian daripada Perizaban Melayu sebagaimana yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan No. 248 bertarikh 18-1-1918.

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the

Ruler in Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated in the Certified Plan No. C.P. 05-023166 which is deposited in the

Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan Shall Cease to be part of Malay Reservation as published vide Government Gazette No. 248

dated 18-1-1918.
