Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk Kolam Takungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Director of Negeri Sembilan Irrigation and Drainage Department shall have control of the reserved land.
