An enquiry will be held at the District and Land Office, Port Dickson, Negeri
Sembilan on Thursday 14 August 2008 at 9.30 a.m. in respect of the following matter:
Application for Order for Sale of Land held under P.M. 25, Lot 3503, Mukim Linggi, District of Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan
(PTPD. 369/162/07/02).
Any person who has any interest in this matter or wishes to make any claim, objection or other submission shall attend at the place and at the time specified and be prepared to give oral evidence and to produce any documentary evidence he may posses.
Any such person may be assisted at the enquiry by an advocate and solicitor.
Any such person may, by registered letter, apply for a postponement or a change of venue, stating—

the nature and substance of the evidence which he proposes to give or adduce.
