Saya ada sebab untuk mempercayai bahawa tuan/puan ada kepentingan dalam perkara siasatan ini.
Sila ambil perhatian bahawa jika tuan/puan tidak hadir pada masa dan di tempat yang dinyatakan itu maka siasatan itu akan diteruskan dan disempurnakan tanpa kehadiran tuan/puan.

An enquiry will be held at the District and Land Office, Seremban Negeri
Sembilan on Thursday 23 August 2007 at 10.00 a.m. in respect of the following matter:
Application for Order for Sale of Land held under P.M. 618 Lot 10662, Pekan Senawang, District of Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
(PTS. 369/132/06/94).
Any person who has any interest in this matter or wishes to make any claim, objection or other submission shall attend at the place and at the time specified and be prepared to give oral evidence and to produce any documentary evidence he may posses.
Any such person may be assisted at the enquiry by an advocate and solicitor.
Any such person may, by registered letter, apply for a postponement or for a change of venue, stating—

the nature and substance of the evidence which he proposes to give or adduce.
