Application for Order for Sale of Land held under GM 110 & GM 111

Lot 2995 & Lot 2996 Mukim Port Dickson District of Port Dickson.

Any person who has any interest in this matter or wishes to make any claim, objection or other submission should attend at the place and at the time specified and be prepared to give oral evidence and to produce any documentary evidence he may possess.

Any such person may be assisted at the enquiry by an advocate and solicitor.

Any such person may, by registered letter, apply for a postponement or for a change of venue, stating:

the reason for which such postponement or change is sought, and

the nature and substance of the evidence which he proposes to give or adduce.
