An enquiry will be held at the Gemas Sub-District and Land Office, District of Tampin, Negeri Sembilan on Tuesday, 28 December 2004 at 9.00 a.m. in respect of the following matter:
Application for Order for Sale of Land Held under P.M. 1714 Lot 8930
Mukim of Gemas, District of Tampin, Negeri Sembilan.
Any person who has any interest in this matter or wishes to make any claim, objection or other submission shall attend at the place and at the time specified and be prepared to give oral evidence and to produce any documentary evidence he may possess.
Any such person may be assisted at the enquiry by an advocate and solicitor.
Any such person may, by registered letter, apply for a postponement or for a change of venue, stating—

the nature and substance of the evidence which he proposes to give or adduce.
