P.U. 20/62) (selepas dari ini disebut “Undang-undang tersebut”) telah khas kepada diri BETA, Bakal-bakal dan Waris-waris Ganti BETA, kuasa penuh berkenaan dengan membatal, mengubah, menambah, mentafsir atau tidak memakai mengubah akan undang-undang tersebut atau mana-mana bahagian daripadanya dengan jalan pengisytiharan yang ditandatangani oleh BETA atau Mereka itu. Mudah-mudahan ALLAH, segala Pujian adalah bagi-Nya dan bagi-Nya nama yang Mulia dan Tertinggi, Raja bagi sekalian Raja, mencucuri Kurnia-Nya dan mudah-mudahan Nabi Muhammad (segala rahmat dan kesejahteraan ALLAH ke atasnya) memberkati akan undang-undang tersebut selama-lamanya. - WHEREAS WE HAVE, by statute 29 of the Statute of the Honourable Order of the Crown of Terengganu Yang Amat Dihormati (Tr. L.N. 20/62) (hereinafter referred to as “the Statutes”) reserved to Ourselves, Our Heirs or Successors, full power of annulling, altering, augmenting, interpreting or dispending with these Statutes or any part thereof by a notification and signed by Us or Them. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of Our powers under statute 29 of the Statutes, WE, AL-WATHIQU BILLAH AL-SULTAN MIZAN ZAINAL ABIDIN, Darjah Utama Kerabat Terengganu Yang Amat Mulia (D.K.T.), Darjah Kerabat Diraja Terengganu Yang Amat Mulia (D.K.R.), Darjah Utama Seri Mahkota Negara (D.M.N.), Darjah Seri Setia Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Terengganu Yang Amat Terpilih (S.S.M.Z.), Darjah Seri Setia Sultan Mahmud Terengganu Yang Amat Terpuji (S.S.M.T.), Darjah Seri Paduka Mahkota Terengganu Yang Amat Dihormati (S.P.M.T.), Darjah Kerabat Baginda Syed Putra Perlis (D.K. - WHEREAS by the provisions of Article X of the Laws of the Constitution of Terengganu (First Part), it is provided that the appointment of a Menteri Besar of Terengganu shall be made by Instrument under Our Sign Manual and the State Seal. NOW BE IT KNOWN THAT WE HEREBY APPOINT Dato’ Haji Idris bin Jusoh to be MENTERI BESAR in the State of Terengganu with effect from the date mentioned hereunder with all rights and powers belonging and pertaining to the said office under the Laws throughout the State of Terengganu. AND WE do hereby command that all and singular Our Officers and beloved subjects in the State of Terengganu and all others whom it may concern to take due notice hereof.
