Seksyen 70
Akta ibu adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas sahaja seksyen 14, seksyen baru 14A yang berikut:
"Minister may remit customs duties. 14A. The Minister may, if he thinks it just and equitable to do so, and subject to such conditions as he may deem fit to impose, remit the whole or any part of the customs duties or any other prescribed fees or charges payable under this Act."
