Preamble

An Act to validate the collection of fees and payments in respect of any entrance to any exhibition held at the National Planetarium during the period from 8 February 1994 to 15 November 1997. [10 July 1998] BE IT ENACTED by the Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong with the advice and consent of the Dewan Negara and Dewan Rakyat in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: Short title

Section 1

This Act may be cited as the Fees (National Planetarium)

(Validation) Act 1998.

Section 2

Validation and indemnity

(2)

No action or legal proceeding shall be brought, instituted or maintained against the Government of Malaysia or any officer of the Government of Malaysia or any person acting under them or any of them in respect of any fees and payments which were charged and collected and if any such action or legal proceeding

has been brought, instituted or maintained, it shall be discharged and made void and no refund in respect of the fees and payments charged and collected as stated in this Act shall be made.
