Power to make regulations
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred by subsection (1), the Minister may make regulations for all or any of the following purposes:
(a)
to regulate the management of institutions established for persons with disabilities;
(b)
to regulate the management of institutions established for persons with severe disabilities;
(c)
to process and regulate the registration of persons with disabilities and such matter relating or incidental thereto;

(d)
to prescribe any other matter required or permitted to be prescribed under this Act; and
(e)
to provide for any other matter which the Minister deems expedient or necessary for the purposes of this Act.
