Section 6

A member of the Council appointed under paragraph 3(2)(j)

shall cease to be a member—

if he is absent from three consecutive meetings of the

Council without leave of the Chairman;

if his appointment is revoked;

if he dies; or

if he resigns his office by giving one month notice in writing to the Minister.
