(a)
impose any additional conditions on the licence, permit or special permit; or
(b)
vary or revoke any conditions imposed on the licence, permit or special permit.
(2)
Where the licensing officer intends to take action under subsection (1), he shall give the holder of a licence, permit or special permit a written notice of his intention to do so and an opportunity to make written representations within the period specified in the written notice.
(3)
After the expiry of the period specified in the notice, and after considering any representation made by the holder of a licence, permit or special permit, the licensing officer shall decide whether to impose, vary or revoke any condition under subsection (1).

(4)
The licensing officer shall give the holder of a licence, permit or special permit a written notice of his decision under subsection (3)
as soon as practicable and the decision shall take effect on a date to be specified in the written notice.
