Section 62

Hunting, etc., female of protected wildlife without licence

Any person who hunts or keeps the female of a protected wildlife without a licence commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
