Section 65

Any person who imports, exports or re-exports any protected wildlife or any part or derivative of a protected wildlife without a licence commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than twenty thousand ringgit and not more than fifty thousand ringgit and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.
