Section 75

Damaging, etc., nest or egg of totally protected wildlife

Any person who damages or destroys the nest or egg of a totally protected wildlife commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
