Section 77

Any person who, whether he is a licensed hunter, holder of a special permit or otherwise, hunts any wildlife other than during the hours prescribed commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding thirty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
