Section 80

Any person, whether he is a licensed hunter, a holder of a special permit or otherwise, who hunts any wildlife with any arms or traps other than prescribed commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
