Kadar perkhidmatan bekalan air bagi negeri Kedah hendaklah sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam Jadual Pertama.

Jenis penggunaan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama hendaklah sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual Kedua.

WATER SERVICES INDUSTRY (RATES FOR WATER SUPPLY SERVICES)

(STATE OF KEDAH) REGULATIONS 2024

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 84(2)(a) and 179(i) of the

Water Services Industry Act 2006 [Act 655], the Minister, on the recommendation of the

Commission, makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(Rates for Water Supply Services) (State of Kedah) Regulations 2024.

Rates for water supply services 2.

The rates for water supply services for the state of Kedah shall be as prescribed in the First Schedule.

Type of use 3.

The type of use as specified in the First Schedule shall be as described in the

Second Schedule.

Revocation 4.

The Water Services Industry (Rates for Water Supply Services) (State of Kedah)

Regulations 2010 [P.U. (A) 332/2010] is revoked.

Savings 5.

Any action, notice, direction or decision made, done or given in relation to the rates for the water supply services prescribed under the Water Services Industry

(Rates for Water Supply Services) (State of Kedah) Regulations 2010 before the coming into operation of these Regulations shall continue to be valid and have effect until amended or revoked or until the date of the expiry of such action, notice, direction or decision.
