WATER SERVICES INDUSTRY (RATES FOR WATER SUPPLY SERVICES)
(FEDERAL TERRITORY OF LABUAN) REGULATIONS 2015
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 84(2)(a) and 179(i) of the Water Services Industry Act 2006 [Act 655], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Commission, makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Water Services Industry

Regulations 2015.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2015.
Rates for water supply services 2.
The rates for water supply services for the Federal Territory of Labuan shall be as prescribed in the Schedule.
