- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 13 Ordinan Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan 1957, Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Service Commissions Ordinance 1957, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations:

Paragraph 2 (a) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January 1991.
(3)
Paragraph 2 (b) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st March 1991.

The Schedule to the Service Commissions Ordinance 1957 is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the particulars appearing under the heading "SALARIES AND FIXED ALLOWANCES" with the following:
