Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 (2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (Amendment) Order 1991.

Seksyen 2

The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended—

(a)

by substituting Item No.1 and the particulars relating thereto with the following new Item No.1 and the particulars relating thereto:
